Using Ligandly
The homepage embeds the publicly hosted Mol* viewer using a documented PDB query parameter. The example entry is 6LU7, a publicly accessible structural record.
Viewer
Drag to rotate and scroll to zoom inside the molecular viewport. The Static fallback tab provides an offline-safe schematic if third-party embedding is blocked or unavailable.
Production deployment
For production use, consider self-hosting a pinned Mol* build to avoid relying on third-party iframe policies and availability. Confirm that your hosting configuration permits loading external resources, and check accessibility on mobile devices.
